This success measurements document defines how the VetSync system would be evaluated as a clinical workflow tool. Because the project is a prototype, success would be measured based on how effectively the system supports staff communication, task visibility, and patient workflow coordination.

Ensure 100% of active patients display a visible workflow status in the dashboard

4. Measurement Methods

Conduct user testing sessions with representative veterinary staff
