AxonFlow: Success Measurements
Metrics for evaluating the success of individual tasks and the overall project.
Project-Level Success (From Proposal)
Did we meet the high-level goals from the proposal?
-
Objective 1: ADHD-Centric UI/UX
Metric: Qualitative feedback from user testing (wife) must confirm the UI is "simple," "motivating," and "not overwhelming." -
Objective 2: Functional Prototype
Metric: The final APK file compiles and runs. All core features (add/complete task, start timer) are functional and do not crash. -
Objective 3: Concept Validation
Metric: User testing confirms the app is *perceived* as more helpful and engaging for managing tasks than a standard, non-gamified to-do list app.
Task-Level Success (Usability)
Can a user complete key tasks easily and without confusion?
-
Task: Create a new task.
Metric: User can successfully add a new task in less than 10 seconds. -
Task: Mark a task as complete.
Metric: User performs this action instantly and reports a feeling of satisfaction from the feedback (animation/haptic). -
Task: Break down a large task.
Metric: User can find the "add sub-task" feature without guidance and successfully add 3 sub-tasks. -
Task: Start the focus timer.
Metric: User can navigate from the main menu to starting the timer in 3 clicks or less.
